1. Returning customers get 5% off every second job. Every 10th job gets 20% off for jobs up to $500. 2. This includes larger projects, plumbing, electrical work, installation of expensive items, work at height, moving or carrying heavy items, and jobs with higher financial, safety, or responsibility risks. 6. Workmanship warranty: 1 to 6 months, depending on the type of work. 7. Warranty does not apply if the customer was informed in advance that the repair is temporary, cheaper, or does not include warranty. 8.
