I appreciated his quick response to my inquiry.
Will came to take a look at the repairs I needed done and he actually took care of a portion of the job in that first visit.

Will assembled an adjustable bed for my elderly father. The set up was included when I bought the bed, but the bed company totally flaked out & left me hanging with several heavy boxes containing the unassembled bed sitting in my garage. Will saved the day! I reached out to him & he responded immediately. He moved all the heavy boxes from the garage into the bedroom, assembled the bed perfectly, and then hauled away all the debris. Communication was excellent. He showed up on time & followed up later to make sure everything was still good. Very courteous & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again the next time I need something done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing quoted is for residential at $60/hr and a $120/minimum covering up to 2 hours if needed. From there I prorate in 30 minute increments. Commercial rates increase depending on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key in any industry so that’s where it all starts. No 2 jobs are the same so let’s talk about how to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self educated by reading how to books plus on the job helping my brother.
