- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing their needs and vision for the project. I provide a clear estimate and timeline up front, then handle all prep work such as removal or subfloor repairs before installation. I keep communication open throughout the process to ensure everything is done to the customer’s satisfaction — no matter the size of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, including seven years working for an established company before starting my own business. During that time, I gained extensive training in demolition, subfloor prep, and installation of a wide range of flooring materials. In addition, my 10 years of service in the Marine Corps Reserves has reinforced the discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic that I bring to every project.
