I have to share that the customer service with this company is the best I have ever received. We got brand new carpet about 18 months ago (Mick was the best salesman!) from Floor Coverings International and about 3 months ago we noticed the carpet was lifting and causing ripples in our two bedrooms...I called and spoke to Amanda who was so kind and connected us with Stephen who worked with us to have his team come back out and re stretch the carpet. With the holidays, we were flexible on repairs/dates... Jose came in this week and let me tell you, the carpet looks brand new! They did such a good job (they cleaned up, on time, professional) and fixed the problem at no cost. They truly have a customer for life! Thank you guys so much...

FCI was amazing from start to finish. They came to me with option across price ranges and types. We were able to quickly and professionally install and the work was cleanly done. I'll 100% use them again.
