- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can honestly say I am not going to be your cheap, blow and go painter. However I am not the most expensive either. I pay a great detail to the work I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical interaction starts with a message or call to introduce myself, go over some details of the project and set a time and day to meet at the site being painted, for me to gather the full details of the project so I can provide a clear and accurate price. I only work in contracts. I have 1M insurance that covers both me and my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some college- psychology and communication. Going on thirteen years of collective learned information between three brothers. Ive been here a minute, with multifaceted experience in many trade skills. No plumbing or electrical- not licensed.
