Introduction: I offer a variety of very specific services. Please read below to understand exactly how I do business. I have minimum charges for most jobs. Most people on here want a very cheap quote which is not what I give out. I also do not quote jobs site unseen. A phone call with multiple photos of the job is required if you want an estimate.
My average project cost is about $20,000 and up. I'm not a handyman. I'm a construction project manager & equipment operator. Basically a general contractor who doesnt do buildings.
SMALL JOBS DO NOT MEAN A SMALL PRICE. In fact they are usually the most difficult and I typically skip over them. Please keep that in mind while considering your budget and my time. Please know your budget ahead of time. These leads cost me a lot of money.
Excavating & Grading: $1500 (half day) & Up. I use heavy machinery. I do not do extensive hand work. Consider project access such as gates or stairs. My equipmemt is very large and destroys anything in its path.
Concrete Pours & Demolition: $3000 & up
I generally do not entertain patching crumbling concrete or bandaid type repairs. I do not hand mix concrete for smaller jobs and there is a half truck minimum on all concrete orders, so little jobs often cost as much as larger jobs. I do driveways and anything larger. Subgrade prep and demolition often costs as much or more than the actual concrete pour. Concrete is not cheap if youre on a budget. please watch some youtube videos so you understand what goes into a pour.
Asphalt paving: Ask for pricing.
Landscaping: $3000 & up
Stump removal: $750 & up
Roofing (Project manager for INTERSTATE ROOFING) We work directly for insurance rates, cash bids also available for serious customers. I have the best pricing on materials in town because I have huge accounts with all the major shingle suppliers.
