Great team. They helped my wife and I move from a 2nd floor 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor of an older building, no elevator on either side. The two movers were professional and incredibly hard working. Despite a hot day they worked nonstop and got us moved in 2.5 hours. Great value, clear communication, and nice people. We'll be pplanning to use them again next time we move. PS, They even helped look for our cat who'd given us a scare by hiding under our couch.

I was so impressed by the efficiency and clarity of the booking, how communicative and quick to respond the rep was before the during the move, and finally, how fast and talented the movers were. They were professional and so quick! They took down wall hangings with ease, managed to disassemble a huge king bed frame and somehow get it set up in my lower level before I even had a chance to realize it, they even helped me rearrange some furniture and mattresses in my home to make room for everything else. Very grateful and impressed with these guys!

Throughout the move process, John Frank Moving was nothing but amazing. They were very clear on the phone. Before the move, they called to confirm time, date, and number of movers coming to help. When the day of the move came, the movers were fast, professional, and very nice. They treated all of my belongings carefully and listened to where I wanted everything to go in my new place. Should I move again, I would definitely hire them again.
