Allen is really good at what he does. I have a very big problem with knots in my shoulder, neck, plus an old injury that causes some issues around my hip area. With the deep tissue massage he does he was working out my shoulders, neck and hips. Walked in all stiff and tight walked out feeling light and relaxed. Professional and friendly. An honor to meet! Definitely going back.

We asked Allen to come to our house for a spa night, and he kindly organized another therapist to come along and provide massages two at a time. Communication was easy and he and his colleague arrived right in time. I had my massage with Allen and it was one of the best I’ve ever had - I like very deep massage and not everyone can get down in there how I like it, but Allen was fantastic. I felt great afterward and could still feel it a couple of days later. Great value, terrific massage, and all around a very good experience!

Without Membership or package deals... These are our rates Medical Massage Therapy - $125/ 60 min - $160 / 90 min Corrective Exercise Consult - $65 / 45 min - $90 / 60 min Nutrition Consult - $80 / 60 min
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We coordinate a time for a consult and assess what all is required to help this person through that appointment. You must book in advance, it is very hard to coordinate same day scheduling. So be mindful of that when trying to book an appointment. Also please be aware WE REQUIRE A BOOKING FEE FOR ALL SCHEDULED SERVICES. BOOKING FEE IS NOT EXTRA, IT GOES TOWARDS THE TOTAL PRICE OF SESSION. BOOKING FEE IS $40 TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TIME ON CALENDAR.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a LMT, who is Myofascial release, Medical massage, Graston Technique Certified. Certified Personal Trainer and Certified sports nutritionist both of these certifications are through NCSF(National council on strength and fitness) .
