- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it very simple... no set up fees, trip charges, maintenance up-charging, lease extension fees, etc. For a single family home, we charge a very competitive percentage of rent for the on-going management of your home and a small flat rate for the marketing/tenant placement portion of the transaction. If you have 5 or more units, volume pricing is offered. Call or Email for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're happy to discuss our services over the phone, via email or even better with an in-home consultation. We can get you the information you need within hours and have the ability to even have your rental listed within 24 hours if so needed. A solid plan and discussion are always best and preferred. That plan is different for every client and property and we will adjust and advise accordingly for your best interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education and training you can have in this industry is experience. We have managed 10's of thousands of properties across the country in the past 12 years for institutional clients with high demands. We came across every difficult situation you can imagine with difficult tenants, evictions, property problems, etc - we are confident we are the best option to take care of your home and manage the maintenance and tenants. We now manage a smaller, exclusive group of properties here in the Denver area where we can focus our efforts on what is best for your property.
