- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or in-person meetings with owner, management agreement review and signatures, full property inspection, tenant information transfer (if occupied) or start advertising and showing process (if vacant).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working in a family owned property management business in Boulder CO.
