I was expecting this visit to just be a consult to receive an estimate, but they got my old, improperly installed system working while they were on site! I just purchased a house with high radon levels even though a radon system had been installed. Upon close investigation, Lavell realized that system was never functioning in the 20 years since it had been installed as they had not drilled all the way through the basement floor (!!). He drilled a proper hole for the system to work, extended the exterior piping so it was up to code, replaced our fan, installed a new manometer, and provided education on how the system works. I was expecting this to be very expensive, but it was actually a great value for all of the work he did. I would 100% recommend Master Mitigators to anyone experiencing radon issues. Our home originally tested at a 12 which made us very worried because we spend a lot of time in our basement. Master Mitigators came and installed our radon system in less than 3 hours. We tested again after installation and it came down to a 2.4! Would definitely recommend to anyone

We had an excellent experience with Lavell and Tre from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the system works and why it was needed. The installation was clean and only took 2 hours to complete.
