We contacted Caroline when we needed to sell my mother's home. We were impressed with her calm and professional manner at our first meeting. She was there to answer our questions and provide contractor referrals even before we listed the house with her. My wife and I live and work 1000 miles away and we wanted to team up with a realtor who would work with us remotely. Caroline was very patient with us. We weren't able to buy until we sold our home which was stressful but she stood by us and helped complete both deals quickly and without complication so we were able to move into our new home before Christmas.
