Gary is extremely responsive and transparent as a realtor. He probably took me to about 10 showings and was able to get them scheduled almost as soon as I asked to see them.Anytime I had a question through the porcess of searching for a home as well as closing on my condo, Gary would always answer his phone or get back to me very quickly with answers, ideas, and solutions.Buying a home is stressful, and something ALWAYS happens. Things got sticky towards the end of my escrow and Gary was very creative in finding solutions to make it a win-win for all parties.I would recommend Gary as a realtor to anyone (especially first time home buyers who are intimidated by the process).

I cannot stress enough how Gary was amazing from the start.He is such a gregarious and kind person, as well as realky knowing his stuff. As a first time home buyer he was my guiding light through the whole process. He really treated me like family, and never did I feel pressured or that I was flying blind. Not only did Gary shepherd me through the ordeal of purchasing a home for the first time, but he made sure I understood every step of the process. And he went to bat for me during the negation period, which was amazing! Gary truly worked so hard to help me get what I wanted, remembering even the little details about my situation. I don't think I could have had a better person to work with while buying a home. He is truly top-notch. If I were going to sell or buy again I would go with Gary each and every time!

Gary is AMAZING! My husband and I were more than completely satisfied with our experience with Gary and are so happy that we chose him to be our realtor. He was knowledgeable, available and was always happy to answer all of our questions in a simplified way that we could understand. I have never felt more comfortable and secure in purchasing a home because I knew that we were in great hands. My husband and I chatted after our closing and we are both in agreeance that we cannot wait to be given the opportunity to be able to recommend Gary to a friend who is purchasing a home in the future. Gary has been our realtor for years, and for good reason. He has assisted us in buying 2 houses since 2018 and just recently assisted us with selling our first home. With each journey we are always astounded by the level of knowledge, expertise, and guidance he provides, all delivered in an incredibly amicable but professional manner that at no point seems fake or misleading. He is truly there for his clients, not just to make a quick sale. With both buying and selling, he explains each step thoroughly and accurately, and takes his client's thoughts and wishes into consideration first before providing advice on how to move forward. There has never been a time that we have been lead into the wrong direction, and we definitely would not be living in our dream home today if it weren't for his help. One of the most important aspects of buying or selling your house is finding a realtor you can trust, and Gary is that realtor.
