- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In a world where the focus is always on the dollar, I approach my business and clientele in a manner that reflects both the quality of my service and fairness in pricing. I am a small business owner so I understand the need to find reasonably priced services. My pricing is extremely competitive with the level and quality of service rendered and it is always a plus for my clients that they have direct access to me once brought into the fold.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with working with a new client is to have a consultation in which we establish a thorough understanding of their personal situation, business structure, operations, needs, and/or desires for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years in accounting experience working with small businesses to corporations & 6 years focused on individual taxes and small business taxes. Throughout those same years, I have worked in administrative functions within an organization which allows me to help my clients in a more well-rounded manner.
