- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible with our pricing, we work around people’s budget no matter what that may be. We also offer a variety of different discounts for many different occasions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask what needs to be done and what the customer expects from us. Once we get to an agreement we ask for time and place. We would than come out as soon as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a navy veteran. Once I got out of the navy I became a handyman because that’s all I did in the navy. We worked on nuclear submarines. I have been a handyman for 10+ years after the navy.
