During this last freeze a pipe froze in my home it burst and flooded the majority of my basement. I called FIX out in the middle of night and they were quick to respond. You never want to have to call for disaster clean up, but Logan, Jake, and Ryan really helped us feel confident we were in good hands. They had our basement cleaned same day when we realized it had flooded with sewage, and were very fast and efficient on the rest of the necessary demolition. Beyond that, all of them were professional and kind.

Western disaster was very quick to demo our basement when we had a flood down there a few months ago. They worked with my insurance company to figure everything out and I didn't have to do much.
