Working with the Sloan team was an absolute pleasure. Anton provided great input on our choices, Jana kept us in the loop on scheduling, and Justin and the guys installed 5 windows in about 3.5 hours, cleaning up impeccably well when they were done! Highly recommend and will be using them for the rest of our windows.

Last year, I had 1/2 of my house installed with new windows. I could not get ahold of them this year to complete the job. Sloan Windows completed my job without a hitch. The one caviot is, the windows I chose last year, Sloan doesn't typically install. They got the information and ran with in! Thank you, thank you, thank you. You did a beautiful job!!

Sloan Windows exceeded all expectations! Communication was easy and effective. I was able to get an estimate immediately on a Saturday, which took about 10 mins. The quote was less than half of what Home Depot quoted. Work was done less than a week after the consultation, completed in half a day, the employees were professional and punctual, and the work is high quality. Anton informed me of a 2 year warrantee on the sliding door, low E tempered glass, and energy saving qualities. He was even willing to give me a discount if I purchased two. Will definitely be calling in the future for all glass and window needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start the process by phone but it may also be by email, our website or text. We schedule time with the customer to have a sales representative go out to their home to see what they are hoping to get done. While the rep is there they will give the customer options to choose from and based on the customers' wants the sales representative will give them general pricing. We do not have a formal presentation, but we like to walk through your specific needs and provide information on those. All of the products are made to order and then shipped directly to us. This is typically a 6-12 week process depending on the manufacturer. We strive to schedule the installation within days of receiving the windows and doors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in 2011 after selling our coffee roasting business we had for 20 years. Anton moved onto selling windows and doors with some of the most popular window businesses in the Denver area. Through doing so, he learned how expensive these major businesses can be so he decided to start Sloan Windows & Construction.
