Douglas was awesome! I am a first time homeowner with 0 knowledge of chimneys, fireplace, etc. and he explained everything to me. And provided numerous options to fit my budget. Arrived on time and got the job done when he said he would. Ordered the parts and kept me in the loop the entire time. He put a cap on and sealed the chimney to prevent any water from getting in. I will always go to Douglas for my chimney needs!!

We had Doug out yesterday to look at what we thought was a major issue with our chimney, but instead of taking advantage of the situation and charging us to do the job, he told us it was definitely a DIY we could do if we wanted to save some money. He told us all the parts we'd need, where to get them, and a gave us quick how-to. And said we could just call him up and he'd come out and finish it up if we decide, mid-DIY, that we don't want to do it. Rating five stars even though he didn't technically do any work for us, for honestly and being a good human. It gives me confidence that he's not out the rip anyone off.

Doug was wonderful to work with. Very honest and helpful. We called him to clean our fireplace and ended up hiring him to install a new one. He is an incredibly hard worker and made sure we had everything in and ready to go before the snow hit.

I feel my pricing is fair and justifiable, but if you don't think so talk to me about receiving some sort of relief on the price. I am very approachable and willing to satisfy your needs. When I give a estimate I don't raise the price for any unforeseen issue.

I get to know what the overall concern is about the project and find a way to achieve what is requested.
