We were told that as they were creating the forms, to let them know if something wasn't to our liking, because once the forms are up and the concrete poured, it can't be changed. Well, we saw that the steps looked smaller than we were hoping for, so we asked the foreman if he could make them larger by 6 inches. He says ok and makes them larger. Later, after they had finished and we had paid, we got a nasty phone call from Bailey, demanding more money. For what? The steps. They were no longer the 'standard size'. How would I know that? No one told me what a standard size outdoor patio step was. The step we had removed was much larger than what she claimed was 'standard'. The foreman didn't tell us there was a standard size nor did he mention that our modification would cost extra. We are happy to pay for extra work when necessary, but we should have been told it would cost extra. She then threatened to take the money out of her foreman's pay if we didn't pay it and proceeded to practically yell at us while pointing out all the little 'extra' things they did for us that she says she could have charged for. Very unprofessional. The concrete looks nice, but the poor communication really soured the experience. I would go elsewhere.

Difficult to work with. Impossible to communicate with after you pay them. Had problems with varying textures, varying colors, the seal is cracked and letting moisture through. There are cracks all over since day one. They are spreading. They do not respond unless you nag them. Not worth the frustration.

Horrible company to work with. Concrete cracked and driveway surface is crumbling and chipping away. I never met her except when they came to get my check. Larry is awful to work with. Any of my concerns are been of. The 2 year warranty on work and materials is irrelevant as they won't honor them. A totally disappointing experience all the way around.
