I ran into issues with my water heater and had a trip coming up so I needed it replaced quickly. Blue Thunder came in and took a look at the water heater, was able give us an estimate and replace the whole water heater all in the same day. He even was able to pinpoint different issues that he noticed and was able help us understand what was happening I can't state how grateful I am to them for getting this done so quickly and would reccomend them to everyone!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice I would give to a customer would be to just make sure the plumber/plumbers know what their talking about keeping you knowledgeable about what can happen and what will need to be done to fix your issue. No surprises whatever what was stated at the start is what will be the outcome will be. Keep the home/property kept well cleaned after the work is completed. It’s always nice to have options as a long time plumber I have always given my customers at least a few options to get the work done and completed.
