James was super helpful! I had a garbage disposal that had gotten some glass pieces lodged in it. James came to the job on time and with all of the necessary tools and replacement parts! He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The fix hardly took the amount of time he suggested and the area was very clean afterwards!
