We have older carpet and have had it cleaned regularly but not by a truck based machine. What a difference! Steam Care did an amazing job, prompt, professional. We would recommend them highly and we will use them again.

They were super responsive to every aspect of the job which was a need for next day carpet cleaning. The cleaner arrived early and worked very well with us, making extra efforts to get stains out without being asked. There were no upsells or surprise charges, and the job was completed rapidly. I would use them again for sure!

I was satisfied with the cleaning. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me through the cleaning process and what I should be expecting once done. I would definitely use again.
Also, found out they schedule all seven days of the week!!
