They were super responsive to every aspect of the job which was a need for next day carpet cleaning. The cleaner arrived early and worked very well with us, making extra efforts to get stains out without being asked. There were no upsells or surprise charges, and the job was completed rapidly. I would use them again for sure!

We have older carpet and have had it cleaned regularly but not by a truck based machine. What a difference! Steam Care did an amazing job, prompt, professional. We would recommend them highly and we will use them again.

He was very courteous and came a few minutes early to do a walk through with me and explain some of the stains. The end result was better than I could have hope for. I highly recommend this company!
