Introduction: Trattoria Oreganata is an Italian food truck in northern Colorado, serving delicious classics like meatball parmesan sandwiches to deep fried raviolis served with homemade marinara. We use organic ingredients and family recipes. We cater parties and weddings with and without the food truck. We can offer many different dishes and not just Italian.
