Kenny did an AMAZING job! And he certainly saved the day when I had a bad experience with a different contractor. He completed a full remodel in just a couple of weeks and it completely transformed the bathroom. There was some dead space in my old shower, and he was able to move all the plumbing and expand the shower. He poured a custom pour pan, laid all tile, installed new lighting, vanity, and fixtures. It is truly stunning. The process went very smooth, and he was always great to communicate with me, especially on days that I was not able to work from home. I trusted him within my home, and with my pets. He even came back several days later to do any requested touchups. He is true to his work, true to the quality of work, and true to customer satisfaction. Besides from exceeding my expectations on the quality of work, he also is just an amazing man. He is a great reminder that there still is good people within this world. He not only paid attention to everyone’s names within the household, bonded with my dogs, he shoveled the walkway on a day that it snowed, and willingly offered to dispose of several HUGE tree limbs that broke off my front tree due to the heavy snow. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him to anyone that needs a quality guy; and more importantly, will be remembering him for future projects. My only regret was not finding him sooner. Kenny is amazing! Beyond amazing! I had 4 contractors/people out to give me a quote on a partial (nearly full) bathroom remodel. I hired Kenny because he seemed genuine, honest, and somebody I could trust in my house. Kenny did not disappoint me. I really had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted and he guided me every step of the way. I added other things onto the job as we chatted and Kenny did it all, without hesitation and at a very reasonable price. Marla, Kenny's wife, is fabulous as well!! Do not hesitate to hire Kenny-he will do an amazing job-I cannot praise what he did for me enough. He even fixed my broken fence gate (at no charge-I didn't ask him, he just did it) so my dog wouldn't get out. He's just a stand up guy. I highly recommend Kenny for any job you may need done!

I am very pleased to have found Kenny and hire him to completely remodel our bathroom, in which he did a fantastic job overcoming numerous obstacles requiring him to think outside the box to resolve numerous issues on an older bathroom. Prior to hiring Kenny I had obtained several estimates on the job from other contractors. I found his estimate to be reasonable and comparable to other contractors and certainly not the highest estimate. I decided to hire Kenny because he seemed to be the most confident and knowledgeable of the contractors I met with. I am very pleased with Kenny's work and would describe him as an expert at what he does. He has the ability and craft to fix difficult issues and find work arounds to complex problems that may have stumped other contractors. He is very experienced. In addition to all this Kenny is a very pleasant, good natured, and kind person to have around. He spent several weeks working on this project and was in and out of our house frequently. He was very respectful of our family and fun to talk to. I would hire Kenny again. He would be the first contractor I would call.

End of March, 2019, Kenny updated and replaced the tile around my bathroom to make it more modern. Kenny was very easy to work with. His estimate was very comparable and practical. He provided the work as estimated. He was responsive to suggestions and ideas. Every night the project area was clean. I would definitely hire Kenny again for other projects around my home

Kenny is a great guy, very friendly and professional. I just bought this mobile home and was nervous to have someone come look at it. There was a big dip in the floor from water damage. When he came over he was very knowledgeable and took measurements of everything. Within a couple days I got an estimate and Kenny went straight to work on it. I just had to go pick the materials I wanted. Bathroom came out beautiful. The only issue I had was the position of the shower knobs. As soon as I pointed it out Kenny was right on it. As a female who works at night and sleep though the day I was able to trust Kenny in my home. He is a great worker! I’d hire him again and recommend him to others. Thank you!

Yes I have a hourly rate for service,and I give professional estimates for larger jobs such as remodels.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and ask what are their needs. I set up an initial on site meeting to get acquainted with their needs explain their options. I offer referrals and cradentials. Then I give them a professional estimate that gives them an exact number they can count on. Then I leave it in their court whether or not they want to hire our services. Then I proceed with exactly what I promised. I hope that you will consider me and we can work together to build your dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the BBB and have worked hard to get that. We are certified by the EPA for lead based paint removal. I have been trained by experience for 30 years in home building on site and in factory's. Service and remodeling whole house remodels.
