Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I design fitness and nutrition programs that fit with each individual and the loves they have. Nothing is going to change if the structure of the program is not designed to fit your life and create a life-style change. There is no one way. Each person receives personalized programs that enhance their natural abilities and improve their health in a progressive, sustainable way. I get so much reward when the people I work with reach their goals. There is no greater joy than to see a client starting to feel better, see results they want and be even more motivated to improve their lives. I love challenges and reaching them is the ultimate high.

Jake customized a workout that not only fit my gym layout but took into consideration the time constraints I have each day. With 45 minutes to work out, early in the am, the workout needs to be dynamic, fast paced and wide ranging. Jake understands his clients needs and delivers a workout routine that leads to strength gains and improvements throughout the gym!

Jake has taught me so much & truly helped me get in my best shape ever. He didn't just tell me what to do, he taught me how to do it & why it was important - made it possible for me to continue it on my own when needed! He also taught me a lot about nutrition. Great coach!

I first met Jake when he was instructing a HIIT class. I loved his style of training and knew it would help me in my own training for races including triathlons, bike races, and runs. With his knowledge in nutrition, we were able to find a better nutrition plan for me. Between changing my diet around a bit and adding some more strength training, I have seen great results already and very happy with my progress. Jake is very supportive and helpful for all levels!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I want to make a difference in people's lives and have always had a love of fitness and athletics. I have a passion for the study of the human body and how to get the most out of it. Most people have no idea how good their bodies are designed to feel and I relish the opportunity to help them realize that.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be honest with your trainer. Tell them exactly what your exercise history is, what your nutrition habits are, what you struggle with, etc. It is so important to be honest in these areas in order for the trainer to provide the best feedback and advice and create the best program possible.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That I truly do want people to feel better. I have been injured in the past and when your physical ability is taken away, you really realize how much of a blessing feeling good is. I want to enhance that feeling for those in good physical health and create that for those who need some work.
