- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed door labor rate of $85. Most springs run between $70 and $120 each, depending on the size. We will also beat any competitive price.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that come across to us are broken springs and broken automatic openers. We carry a large range of spring sized and offer a couple different opener option for the convenience of the customer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get some standard pricing over the phones before having a technician come to you house, it could save you a lot of time and headaches, also check to see if the company you are wanting to come over has review, and the Capability to accept reviews. If they don't allow review on their business, there may be a reason.
