Lighthouse Construction is a top notch company! We feel so blessed to have found them to do our living room and bathroom remodel! Jason and Brandi are very professional, great with communication and collaboration to make our vision come to reality! Jason is very knowledgeable and provided us a variety of options to meet our financial goals for the project. They stay in communication and give great updates on project timelines which is nice compared to some contractors we have worked with previously. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Chavez for a remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen and the entire experience was great. Jason was always available to go over plans and any changes I wanted to make. He would follow up in a timely manner with anything that required research. He provided solid guidance on particulars that were new to me and explained things in a respectful and clear manner and has some great design ideas! He works with the same subs on his jobs, so he knows them well, which I also really appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates, design/layout plans with renderings, and a complimentary personalized job portal website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a discovery meeting where we go over the vision for the project, then we give an estimate based on the existing space and the design desired. Once a proposal is signed we move into getting any necessary documents or permitting that may be required. During this time we also create the custom job portal website and begin working within the agreed time frame for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a General Contractors License, an engineering degree and several years experience working with customers on residential home projects.
