- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $50.00/hr until completion or a lump sum amount based on the nature of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request photos to give a ball park price, and or visit the home to look at the work to be performed in order to provide an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A custom remodeling contractor who has scaled down to Handyman and small construction company. I have a degree in construction management. And experience in new home construction and remodeling.
