We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Jake and Lindsay. They're both professional and friendly. We had a window sill replaced and Jake matched it to the others so you can't even tell it's new. He also installed a new light fixture in the bathroom. We would definitely hire them again and already assess things saying "maybe this is a Jake job".

Required a repair for a sliding glass door. Jake was able to stop by for a look and estimate the same day, his knowledge and experience with this type of repair was very evident and he took the time to outline issues/options/recommendations in a concise and clear manner. Completed the work in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction.

Jake was courteous and listen to what my concerns were. If the task of replacing the wheels on our Pella door failed the 145.00 repair would mean at least 3500.00 replacement. Jake was able to get them out although it was not easy. Could not be more pleased.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always first cover the legal standpoints. Will this require a building permit? Will this conflict with any city, or local municipality? Is this beyond my scope of experience? If so, do I have the resources to ensure experts are available at any time, to guide me as every project is different? I'm a third generation contractor and I know the difference between piece work and craftsmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step by step instruction. Forward concepts. Adaptive learning coupled with adaptive instruction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 year veteran with grandpa's and dad's new construction builds. I am a military vet with experience as an aircraft crew leader, so I am constantly learning and improving to ensure quality work everytime.
