- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always first cover the legal standpoints. Will this require a building permit? Will this conflict with any city, or local municipality? Is this beyond my scope of experience? If so, do I have the resources to ensure experts are available at any time, to guide me as every project is different? I'm a third generation contractor and I know the difference between piece work and craftsmanship.

Step by step instruction. Forward concepts. Adaptive learning coupled with adaptive instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 year veteran with grandpa's and dad's new construction builds. I am a military vet with experience as an aircraft crew leader, so I am constantly learning and improving to ensure quality work everytime.
