We discovered that the trim around our windows had suffered severe water damage, and we needed somebody to pull the damaged ones and replace them with new, quality trim all around the house. We contacted Markous, and he gave us a very reasonable quote for the required work. He listened to our requirements and offered sharp insights on how the job would be done. We were considering other work for Markous, as well, and he was very honest about which tasks would need to be completed by a general contractor. We really appreciated that honesty. Much better than having him take a stab at something he isn't licensed to handle. When the time came to complete the assignment, he did it efficiently and with extremely high quality. We are very impressed with Markous and will hire him again for any large improvement tasks we need to perform on the house.

I'm writing to enthusiatically review Need A Hand NoCo LLC, a Northern Colorado Handyman company. I hired Markous Kelp to assess and repair a damaged bathroom floor. He ended up replacing most of the subfloor and installing new vinyl plank, which looks terrific. Markous arrived on time and prepared for every appointment. He followed through as promised with a bid and then a contract. He called me during the process when a couple of adjustments had to be made. Excellent communication, reasonably priced and great work! Mark has an engineering background and can apply it to the work he does. He confirms when he is on his way and will show up, arrives on time, and thinks things through before he works on the job. He will give you a written estimate, which I have never seen a handy man do. Trust this guy.

Markous provided us with great service at a very reasonable rate! He re-installed our kitchen sink which was originally done very shoddily by the builder, repaired a cabinet trim piece, and installed a storage rack in our garage. Markous was professional, efficient, and the completed work is top notch in quality. We will definitely be hiring him again in the near future for other projects!
