I would’ve chosen all five of the options Thumbtack listed (work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality) but I was limited to three. Bill is the utmost professional, was responsive and flexible regarding scheduling, showed up on time, and his work is superb. He is methodical and detail oriented and made sound recommendations for improving upon the construction and safety of the cabinet he assembled for me. I will definitely call on him for my inevitable future home improvement projects.
