- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates start at 40-70 an hour depending on the type of job, amount of cleaners needed, and frequency needed. I do work off flat rates which are based off my hourly rate. I do provide monthly, bi-weekly and weekly discounts. I accept a bunch of different payments including Venmo, Paypal, Cash app, Zelle and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love my new customers! I consider myself an independent self starter. Because of this, I am able to go into a home completely blind and figure things out or I can work off a check list. On our initial contact I will ask a few questions about what you are looking for and some specifics on the home. From there we will agree on a rate and schedule then I will start working my magic! I do prefer to be alone in the home as I feel it is the best option for everyone. What's better than coming home to a clean house and being able to relax and do something else with your time?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning professionally for over 15 years. I started out wayyy long ago in Fort Collins when it was a third of the population and traffic! I took a course which I am now certified in for covid-19 cleaning. I have my associates in general studies and have enough college credits for a masters degree!
