I would add punctuality and responsiveness if I could chose 5 but thumbtack allows three. Jose and his team were awesome and continue to impress me with all the various work items we have had to do this year. I called for a fence repair, got that, plus went on to use them for house painting, inside and out, deck deconstruction, deck staining, and i am sure anything else we need we will call them.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose and his team. Needed a fence repair after 60 MPH winds. He was there the day I called him. Was able to accommodate some additional work with roof flashing and yard clean up. 1000% recommend. Great pricing. Fantastic service with videos, texts and calls.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received with Jose and Chico Foco Painting, LLC. We had Jose come out to give us an estimate on painting our garage prior to doing epoxy, and he ended up quoting us both jobs. They started right away and were done in 2 1/2 days. Impressive work! We will be using them for our other projects in the near future.
Details: Home • 1 room • Walls • Ceiling • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • The painter • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

I can enthusiastically recommend Chico Foco after hiring them for a wood-fencing project in our backyard. The work was thorough, detailed, high quality, and exceeded expectations. Also very fairly priced. We will definitely hire them again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free. After a visit (or from photos for smaller jobs) we send a written estimate that spells out exactly what's included: prep, repairs, products and clean-up. Larger projects are scheduled with a deposit, and the balance is due when the work is done and you've walked through it with us. If anything changes along the way, we price it and get your OK before doing it, so there are no surprises. We accept credit card, check, Zelle, Venmo and cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send us a message with a few photos and what you have in mind.
2. We visit (or review the photos) and send a written estimate.
3. We pick a start date that works for you, often within a few days.
4. We protect floors, furniture and landscaping, do the prep and repairs, then the finish work.
5. We walk through the job with you, fix anything that isn't right and clean up before we leave.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jose "Chico" Sanchez started Chico Foco in Fort Collins in 2022 with a simple idea: answer fast, show up on time, do the job right and leave the place clean. Word of mouth and great reviews grew it into a full crew that now handles everything from a single room to complete renovations.
