The customers should know that my pricing is fair, and the details of my pricing are very transparent. No hidden charges, no funny business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer would just be clear and open communication. Larger companies tend to have very little communication and more paperwork. I like to communicate with my customer throughout the entire experience to make sure we’re always on the same page and they are satisfied with the work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the construction industry for 15+ years. I’ve been involved in projects that range from small remodels to building million dollar duplexes from the ground up. I have extensive experience and an impressive support group of advisors.
