Introduction: As ecological landscape designers, we are dedicated to creating water-wise gardens which increase biodiversity while providing the right kind of experience for the visitor or resident. Our gardens are appropriate for the resident or business owner who wishes to use very rational amounts of water, promote wildlife, feel in tune with their environment and possibly have a garden to eat out of. We value the natural systems at play in order to create healthy spaces for both humans and nature.
The ladies of The Blueprint Earth Collective often giggle at the fact that we can barely believe how blissful our lives are. The largest part of that bliss is the fact that we get to live our passion out every day in our work. Each of us feels a strong connection to nature, to humans, to community and the interconnectivity between all of this. Our connection pours into to our work and inspires us to promote health and vitality within all of these realms. We feel very grateful to be able to connect you to your home or space of business in a way where we can share our bliss with you.

Brittany Lynn Ricketts just completed a $120,000 project for my Malibu home. And I am thrilled. She designed about 3500 sqare feet of outdoor space including adding a stone terrace to give the area depth. The project included designing water resistant strategy with flagstone patios, researching and planting a variety of succulant plants, desinging the irragation system and the ourdoor lighting for the entire estate. Because she has such a good eye, I talked her into suggestions for the outdoor furniture. She gave me a time line that was right on. This massive project took about 2.5 months. Brittany was there everyday managing the crew and insisting that they followed the blue print. You cannot pay for the kind of care she had for this project. Brittany redesigned our front yard this past summer. Her design blueprint and consultation were professional and well thought out. She combined our design aesthetics and requests with her landscape expertise all in one affordable package. Brittany even contacted a local fence builder and oversaw the design and installation of a custom fence for our yard. We have had so many compliments and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new yard! I would recommend Brittany and Blueprint Earth Collective to all of my friends - and I have!

Brittany did design and drawings, and supervised all installation for a large scale backyard relandscape. This included irrigation, plant selection, soil amendment choices, hardscape design, construction supervision (fencing, pergola, water feature, etc. She was knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, tireless and extremely conscientious. Above all, she was creative and the results show. We still love our garden every time we are out in it. It gets better every year.

I love my garden! The first season after Brittany and team planted it, it looked like an established planting, not a newly planted garden. Very thoughtful and well planned. Brittany spent lots of time with me to make the final outcome exactly what I wanted. Kudos for a great job well done.
