- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I have three packages for coaching. Bundled packages are priced based on how many sessions are in a package and how often the client wants to communicate between sessions. 95% of my coaching is virtual coaching which helps keep the cost reasonable for my clients. For speaking, pricing depends on the length of the session, type of session and how much customization is required. Let's talk!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a 30-minute conversation to determine our fit. it's important for me to determine if coaching is the best solution and then if my coaching niche is the best fit. The client gets an opportunity to determine the fit as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Organizational Management and I am a Certified Master Coach and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. The ACC designation means I have completed at least 60 hours of training in coaching, which includes didactic courses, demonstrating coaching and receiving feedback for skill development and at least 10 mentor coaching hours.
