- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the image to be printed as well as the location and set up required. We also offer design services to optimize the image for printing or to create an image to be printed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a conversation on the phone and ask the customer to send photos of the location for the print as well as the image or idea of what they want printed. If it's a complex job/location we'll go to the site to evaluate and discuss with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in the technology related to operating the machine as well as the software required to optimize the image for production.
