- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on what you are looking for and your commitment level. Training is as low as $30 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Teaching the basic and more advanced fundamental exercise techniques involving stretching, mobility and weight lifting. Allowing new clients to feel comfortable asking question and addressing any concerns with their fears towards fitness. Personal training is not about just getting you fit, but teaching you what you need to know to eventually go off on your own.
