Justin is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with, and probably the best trainer in northern Colorado period. He listens carefully to what your trying to accomplish in the gym and custom tailors workouts to those goals. He does not use cookie cutter programs for all of his clients. His knowledge is extremely extensive. The thing that is most impressive is how much he actually cares about his clients. He sometimes gets more excited than I do when I hit my goals. I decided to train with Justin after years of frustrating time in and out of the gym, working here and there with a trainer or two, going through cycles of “hard work”, seeing little to no results, and then giving up. I’ve struggled with low back pain/weakness for all of my adult life. This has prevented me from even attempting certain exercises like dead lifts or back squats for fear of further injuring myself. I chose to work with Justin in particular after observing him work with clients in the gym, working with a wide range of people and training techniques, not to mention how hard all the workouts looked. I was not disappointed. Training with Justin was worth every penny and is, hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Over the course of the six-month training program with Justin, I lost 20 pounds of body fat, learned countless new exercises and training techniques, and gained a noticeable amount of strength. What I'm most happy with however, is the knowledge I now have to continue progressing and improving thanks to him. In fact, I recently moved to a new city, forcing me to find a new gym, and was shocked to be offered a job as a personal trainer during my fitness assessment because of all he taught me. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable, observant, and knows how to coach people based on their needs and skill level. His passion for helping people shows in every session and he’s super fun to work with, even when he’s kicking your ass. Best Personal Trainer in Colorado I started working out with Justin in January. I was pretty lean when I began working out with him, but still lost 15 pounds in 3 months while increasing my strength on bench press, squat, and power clean. Justin comes up with fun and creative workout routines, which makes each session an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. He is very motivational and has incredible knowledge when it comes to fitness whether it’s fat loss, muscle/strength gain, injury prevention, Justin knows it all. If you live around Fort Collins I highly recommend you hire him as your personal trainer. Even if you have been working out on your own with good results I still recommend hiring him, because working out with him will give you quick results that you may have thought were unreachable. I have suffered from lower back pain for over 10 years. My feet and knees have been painful as I age due to previous fractures. After training with Justin the past 4 months my back, feet and knees are pain free. I no longer need to take NSAIDS or gaba to get through my 12 hour shifts as a nurse at the hospital.
