HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First of all what a great experience! We hadn't had our piano tuned in years and Jesse said he would take a look see what he could do. It took him longer than planned but our piano is old and needed lots of love. He was able to get the piano tuned (minus like 4 keys that I can't really tell are a problem) and it sounds amazing. My husband and friends can now play full on and it sounds amazing! Second... you know that weird feeling when you have to ask some stranger in your home.... NOT one minute did i feel like he was a stranger. It's like he had been tuning our piano for years. He pet my dog and remembered his name when messaging me for scheduling our next tuning session. This experience felt very family oriented and a perfect fit! NO ONE BUT JESSE will ever be under the hood of my piano again!

I am so grateful for Jesses piano tuning! My parents recently reminded me my childhood piano was, indeed, mine, and Jesse helped bring it back to tune after its roadtrip across state lines. He was fast, and he played lots of interesting chords to determine it was in key. I think he said it was Beethoven.

Jesse Mathews tuned my Yamaha baby grand a few months ago, and I was very satisfied with the results. As a music teacher, my piano gets daily use, and it is important to me that it be kept in top condition. Mr. Mathews is an accomplished pianist in his own right, and his respect for the instrument was evident. I would definitely recommend him!
