Training with Jen is an awesome experience! I used to feel so lost and clueless when I went to the gym and worked out, I never knew what to do or how many reps to do - it was frustrating and overwhelming. But after starting to train with Jen that all changed completely! Training with her has given me more confidence not only in myself but also within the gym atmosphere by learning what kind of exercises to do based on my body and fitness goals - YES! She has also showed me that working out can be fun AND empowering! She pushes me to be my best even when I have nothing left, helps me tap into my full potential, supports me every step of the way in my fitness goals, and inspires me every day. Her enthusiasm, positive attitude, sweet spirit, and high energy are infectious! Its always a fun day when training with her in the way she mixes up what we do each time and throughout each session - whether we work with weights, pilates, resistance bands, machines, yoga balls (and so much more she is very creative!) or my favorite, dancing! What I love is that she really listens to what I want to focus on and what kind of work I need that day and she always comes up with an awesome plan that suits my needs and pushes me further than I thought I could. Our sessions are full of laughs, sweat, more reps than I thought I had in me thanks to her encouragement, and lots of FUN! She is an incredible trainer and now a dear friend and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fantastic personal training experience.
I was really interested in trying Pilates for the first time, due to a recent injury with my achillies. I needed something that would adhere to my injury but also give me a great workout. Trying Pilates with Liv Berger was the greatest experience! She is extremely knowledgable and informative. Liv has truly helped me build strength back in my ankle, and has also introduced me to a whole new workout that has completely started transforming my body for the better. I have been able to see definition with weeks, and have also been able to locate my weaker areas that need to be strengthened. She provides a wide variety of exercises and can work with beginners all the way up to extreme athletes. Liv focuses on form/articulation while helping you understand your own body to receive the most out of each movement. Not only does she excel as a Pilates instructor, but she is also an excellent masseuse! I really noticed a big difference in my overall performance/body after reviving a massage from Liv. As a member of Pura Vida in Cherry Creek I had the opportunity to try a Pilates class. Having never done Pilates I was hesitant to try something that wasn't manly or required the lifting of weights, etc. so with trepidation I signed up for my first Pilates class with Coleen Glenn-Wilson and I have to say it was a life altering experience. Being mid 60's, overweight and a borderline diabetic Colleen was instrumental in improving my health and over the next 3 years I worked with her weekly in private and small classes. It wasn't inexpensive and it was always challenging physically but it was an investment in me. Unfortunately, Colleen now lives and works in Boulder and I live in Castle Rock over 60 miles apart so when she stopped training in Denver I had to find an alternative which was that I bought a Peak Pilates reformer for at home and because she trained me so well I am able to work out on my own and the reformer is a part of my conditioning program. I would whole heartedly recommend Colleen to anyone if they want to have a trainer that cares and will train you in the true Joseph Pilates methods.

We are an institute of Classical Pilates, licensed and approved by the Colorado Department of Higher Education DPOS and the Colorado State Approving Agency for Veterans Education and Training (G.I. Bill). Our institute is the only studio in the United States that accepts the G.I. bill for our veterans. We certify teachers in the complete classical movement repertoire and ingenious training methods of Joseph H. Pilates otherwise known as the Pilates Method of Physical and Mental Conditioning or originally as Contrology. In addition, we are creating a Senior Resource Center within our institute. This center will work with the American Bone Health Association. We have a deep commitment to help the elder (the forgotten ones), especially those who cannot afford Pilates sessions, because of fixed incomes. We will go on-site to senior facilities and train their personnel to deal with Osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is considered to be the silent killer of the elder. One of board members, Bonnie Grebe will be a speaker for local Senior facilities for the American Bone Health Association and the Master instructor for this program.
