Teresa has been absolutely amazing to work with. She has been very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout our entire process! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $100 and are based on the complexity of the return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a links I can email to a client to use to upload documents and to fill out a Client Information Form. I ask questions to determine what credits they may be eligible for. When the returns are done I have them sign a form authorizing me to file the returns electronically. I review the return with them and answer any questions they have before submitting them. I provide a copy of each return for their records. I provide an invoice for my fees and accept several payment methods.
