- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are to-the-penny barring any last minute changes. I don't like to surprise customers with extras if it can be avoided but please read the terms and conditions on your estimate. There are extra charges for more labor intensive jobs, such as unusual patters, very large, or very small tile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make your project as painless as possible. I will measure the area you wish to have tiled, and have your estimate within a few days. If needed, I am willing to help customers choose their tile and suggest patterns, and I can even tell them how much they will need. I do ask that the customer purchase their tile, grout and caulking. After they say yes, and I begin, I'm on your job every business day until it's complete to your standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of education from both my father, and hands on experience, combined with constant research into new materials and techniques.
