- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer lower rates for individuals, non-profits, and governments, but have standard rates for commercial customers! I guarantee my work or your money back if I don't meet my contractual agreement!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review specifics of customer's project such as how many hours will be involved, send a proposal after the initial meeting, if accepted send contract with specific details, production dates, final proof delivery method, required payments, & signature, production schedule, & final proof delivery! Then ask for a reference if the customer is happy with your work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of producing videos, in-person & online video production classes from 2005 to 2010 at Fort Collins Media and on the Videomaker website! Plus I have read many video production books too!
