Introduction: Lighting makes our work stand out. I am not just a photographer I am a student of the craft and I understand and utilize lighting to craft my images. Proper lighting allows metro use that light to sculpt your face and body to present the most flattering you I can. Years of experience ensure that the photos you receive from me will be correctly lit, properly exposed and have color, contrast and compositional elements that ensure they will stand heads above my competition. We also teach studio photography in Las Vegas and many of my current competitors started out as my students. In the end though experience and the fact that this is my full time job not my hobby allows my. Work to stand out and a quick side by side of my portfolio with the competition will show that.

I have had very few pics taken in my life outside of snaps. My old pal Bobby moved back to town. I needed promo shots. What I got was FAR beyond what I expected. He brilliantly captured the essence of my character. That's superior.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I provide studio and location photography services including but not limited to Head Shots, Portraits,Fashion, Glamour, Families, Kids, Products, Catalog, Packaging, Events and specialty vintage themes such as Pin up and Old Hollywood Glamour

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Wen you are looking to hire a photographer it is important to see true representations of there work. In today's digital age and given the current economic difficulties everyone with a $500 digital SLR from Wal Mart is advertising themselves as a photographer. Find someone who can provide references, has a permanent business address that is not their apartment, has a state, county, city business license and personal liability insurance. Make sure that they are they are going to place a priority on your job not just on your money. Remember that "Good enough is not really Good Enough" don't settle for low quality snapshots to save a buck or two. Hire a true professional that understands lighting, posing, composition. Red flags should be a willingness to give you every picture they take. A photographer is only as good as the worst photo he delivers. If he delivers every shot from the session he is going to deliver a lot of junk with the gems.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not all photographers are created equally. In this age of disposability the value of quality has been diminished. Where once families would come together once per generation for a family portrait they now share cell phone snapshots on Facebook and accept that good enough is good enough. When your image, memory or marketing is important to you don't let good enough be good enough, hire a licensed professional who does photography as a job not a hobby. You will be amazed at just how competitive the pricing of a pro can be. Wen you compare apples to apples the quali difference of the work of a legitimate pro will increase the value of your dollar tenfold.
