- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard package pricing I start with then I customize it from there as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally meet with them for a consultation, generally at a coffee shop or somewhere centrally located. After that we meet for the shoot on location. I take between 1 and 4 weeks to edit the images and post them to the client site. From there we can start to process of albums prints and digital copies as defined in there package of choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I try to take a workshop every few months if I have time either online or from another photographer. There is always more to learn, you could live to be 100 and never taken your best shots. There is ALWAYS room to grow. I am also into reading magazines and books about editing, shooting and technology on a regular basis to try and keep up.
