- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes with all requests. Each project is custom quoted based on # of window panes, tracks, & screens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive and introduce ourselves at the start of each project. Upon arrival we will walk the exterior of the property and review the window count to confirm our quote is correct. Typically we begin cleaning the exterior first and then move to the interior until completion. At the end of the project we will confirm with the customer that the project has been completed and there are no issues. Finally, we accept payment and leave with your windows radiant and streak free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually assessing our skillset, tools, and methodology. Each year we integrate new techniques and ways to deliver a better level of service.
