Screen Installation or Replacement

Hi Brian, Thanks for your thoughtful review! We let you know that your screen door couldn't be removed for a repair without damaging the door due to the manufacturer's installation and fit of the door. We also let you know that the door could be removed and replaced and pointed you to the proper source for the door due to the technical challenges involved. Because we have a high regard for our customers property and our own sense of well being we don't tackle anything that isn't going to deliver a great outcome. Of course, all this said, you were not charged for reviewing the door or it's possible repair and the other repair work we did with your screens was completed on time and to your satisfaction. We hope you follow our advice and use the provided supplier to have your door repaired soon! Take care :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer free quotes with all requests. Each project is custom quoted based on # of window panes, tracks, & screens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We arrive and introduce ourselves at the start of each project. Upon arrival we will walk the exterior of the property and review the window count to confirm our quote is correct. Typically we begin cleaning the exterior first and then move to the interior until completion. At the end of the project we will confirm with the customer that the project has been completed and there are no issues. Finally, we accept payment and leave with your windows radiant and streak free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are continually assessing our skillset, tools, and methodology. Each year we integrate new techniques and ways to deliver a better level of service.
