Nex-Gen Windows and Doors in Fort Collins recently installed new exterior doors on my home. From start to finish, I had a great experience with this company. The people at Nex-Gen provided a winning combination of high quality products, expert installation and exceptional customer service. I knew that I would need help choosing the right doors for my home. Luckily, my salesperson was Clark Mace. Clark was knowledgeable and very thorough. He knew the products inside and out. As he guided me through the many style options, his suggestions were invaluable. Thanks to his expertise, I now have a beautiful new front entry door that complements my home. What a transformation! Clark stayed in touch every step of the way. He even stopped by to see the completed project. That level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, and very much appreciated! The installation crew worked efficiently to install three doors in less than five hours. Casey and Joey were professional and meticulous. Their workmanship was impressive, especially the mitered corners on the new trim. I am very pleased with the way the project turned out. The quality of the doors is outstanding. They fit perfectly, creating a tight seal against drafts. Traffic noise is greatly reduced — an added bonus. My home feels quieter and safer now. I highly recommend Nex-Gen to anyone who wants to make exterior upgrades on their home. This company is the best! Thank you, Nex-Gen! A follow up: Mike from the service department came to fix some very minor issues with my new doors. He had simple solutions to the problems, and in no time at all everything was taken care of. I was impressed that he had what he needed on his truck — very efficient. The service was covered by the Protection Warranty. Nex-Gen stood by its promise, no questions asked. Thank you, Mike! We are excited to share with everyone about our experience with Nex-Gen Windows & Doors. We purchased our house about a year and a half ago and it was obvious that we needed new windows. Our house had the original windows from 1959. They were steel frame single-pane windows and they would freeze up when it was cold outside. I would consider myself a very informed buyer and I value quality products that provide longevity. After getting in touch with every window sales rep in the area to hear about their products there was one company that stood out amongst everyone which was Nex-Gen. Their infinity line of replacement windows was second to none. All of the research I had collected assured me that infinity's ultrex fiberglass was the best material for long-lasting windows. The stats show that infinity's ultrex fiberglass is 8x stronger than vinyl products and far more superior when compared to fiberex. We met with Ted Rajewski and discussed all of our options. Ted was a pleasure to work with and did not pressure us or rush us in any way. We initially had concerns with the installation of the windows and we wanted to make sure the brick on our house was not going to be damaged during installation. This is another area that stands out against competitors, Nex-Gen takes care of the whole process from ordering to installation. They have a crew of installers who are experienced professionals. I would highly recommend Nex-Gen's products and services. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is 100%.

I love their no hassle lifetime installation warranty. Seriously, any issues, if any, are resolved with no questions asked and in a timely manner.
