Eric and Clint were super responsive and came to measure my window for replacement the day after I called. We are now waiting for arrival of the window and installation so after installation, I will write more about the entire experience but for now I am pleased with their responsiveness and attention to detail as they measured several times to ensure correct size.
Eric and Clint just left after installing the new window. They are very professional, responsive and good communicators. I would definitely recommend Prism Glass for your glass and window needs. They did a thorough job and cleaned up meticulously.

We had a broken double pane window that we needed to have replaced. Prism Glass immediately responded to me on Thumbtack and Eric was very helpful in getting us a quote and working with a household of roommates on payment. The window was replaced as soon as they had it and was done quickly and perfectly. I'd highly recommend using this business if you have a broken window.

The guys from Prism were excellent. They went above and beyond to get the glass replaced in our patio door. I highly recommend them and plan on reaching out to them when we're ready to replace windows in the house.
