FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Start by making an appointment to get a free roof inspection. Assurance will provide a video inspection so you can personally view the damage without getting on your roof!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since Assurance Contractors is a locally owned and operated company, we understand that weather can be unpredictable with strong hail and wind which can severely damage your roof. Assurance will work with your insurance to ensure that your out-of-pocket expenses are not more than your deductible. We place the highest value upon our relationship with you and your insurance company to make sure the entire insurance process goes as smoothly as possible. Your insurance company, the adjuster and your contractor should all be working together for your benefit and to serve you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assurance Contractors is licensed and insured. Assurance has worked all over the state of Colorado and Southern Wyoming. We are insured and have licenses in 40 city and county jurisdictions. Assurance Contractors are also ICC Certified. ICC certification is viewed by most building departments, state agencies and third party entities as the single most significant credential that roofing professionals can attain.
